Rockingham Motor Speedway
Grandstand and Racing Support Buildings
We undertook the design, fabrication, and erection of the new
grandstand at Rockingham Motor Speedway as well as the Pit’s
Building, Starters Gantry, Race School, Administration Building, and
Medical Centre.
We detailed the steel and cladding for this project, using shadowline
cladding to create the structures unique style.
The grandstand itself is 0.25km long and houses the race control,
press centre, and commentary boxes, 50 corporate hospitality suites,
a restaurant and a private club. It can also seat 7 000 spectators with
1000 more able to watch from the hospitality suites.
