Programme

Continuous improvement is one of our core values.
Upon project completion, the PM will lead a team review of each step of the process - from tender all the way through to the final handover with the client. This is then fed back into the business to ensure we are constantly improving the services we offer.

Simon Boyd, Managing Director

Being prepared is vital when it comes to delivering a successful project. That’s why our Project Managers work hard to ensure that the whole business is ready to hit the ground running once a contract has been awarded . . .

PROJECT PROCESS

Once we have been awarded a contract for a project, it is then allocated to a Project Manager (PM). Our PM remains the main point of contact for the client to ensure there is a consistent channel for communication throughout the lifetime of the project.

The PM works closely with both our UK site teams and our overseas site advisors to make sure that projects are delivered safely and efficiently. They also create and manage our programme, determining critical deliverables. This allows them to provide regular updates to clients and avoid potential pinch points.
