Thruxton Hospitality Building - UK

A Flagship Hospitality Centre

This modern hospitality centre at the iconic Thruxton Motor Sports

Centre complex in Hampshire includes a restaurant, bar, exhibition

gallery, function rooms, hospitality suites, catering facilities, viewing

terraces and a balcony.

The project architect was the Chapman Partnership, who specialise in

the motorsport and automotive, leisure and entertainment industries.

They designed this project to strongly reflect Thruxton’s racing

connections.

We designed manufactured, and supplied all of t he steelwork,

cladding and glazing for this 1,415 sq m modern, two-storey building.

The centre’s innovative design includes a grand atrium and entrance

lobby to reflect the dynamism of motorsport and Thruxton’s rich

motoring heritage.

The complex can host up to 400 guests over two floors, with extra

capacity available outside and has welcomed guests from the British

Touring Car Championship (BTCC), British Superbike Championship

(BSB), driver experience days, corporate events and functions,

meetings, conferences, product launches, race day hospitality and

live demonstrations.

Thruxton’s 2.4-mile circuit is the fastest in the UK. It also has

paddocks for different activities, a top-class kart and 4x4 centre, and

a state-of-the-art skid pan facility.

New accolade for REIDsteel

REIDsteel has been named as one of the top businesses in the south of England. We’ve been ranked in the annual Solent 250 listing of privately-owned, independent businesses with the highest turnover in the region. The accolade is richly deserved recognition for members of our talented and committed team who work hard every single day to make the company such a success. We rub shoulders in the table with the likes of fellow Dorset firms Merlin Entertainments, Lush Cosmetics, Sunseeker, AFC Bournemouth and CG Fry.
